China Digital Media Corporation (¡§CDGT¡¨)¡¦s subsidiary
today signs the procurement agreement with Novel-tongfang for purchasing
400,000 smart cards. Novel-tongfang, a hi-tech enterprise with independent
intelligent property, engages in supplying Digital TV conditional
access system (CAS), subscriber management system (SMS), Electronic
Program Guide (EPG), DVR etc. Based on the agreement, Novel-tongfang
will supply CDGT 400,000 smart cards for Nanhai's Digitalization
of TV Project in 2005.
