China Digital Media Corporation, a Nevada corporation, is a listed company in OTCBB with trading symbol as “CDGT”. The Group has acquired 100% capital stock of Arcotect Digital Technology Limited, a corporation in Hong Kong SAR of the People Republic of China, in April 1st, 2005 and has changed its name to China Digimedia Holdings Limited ("China Digimedia"). The entire Group has about 220 staff in Hong Kong and China.

China Digimedia owns Arcotect (Guangzhou) Limited (“Arcotect GZ”) and DigiMedia Services (Shenzhen) Limited (“DigiMedia SZ”), both are a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (“WOFE”) organized and existed in the laws of People’s Republic of China. Arcotect GZ operates a Cable TV business and system development in Nanhai, a county level city in the province of Guangdong. DigiMedia SZ is a service company and investment holdings which provides services and supports to our alliance partners and subsidiaries.

The Group is principally engaged in the business of broadcasting media and cable TV Industry in People’s Republic of China. Our principal business can be classified into three areas as shown in the following model:

In view of the rapid growth and potential opportunities of China's media industry, the Group will continue to invest resources to expand and diversify into our target media markets across China, our development strategies will be through investment, mergers, acquisitions and alliance partnerships.
