China Digital Media Corporation is a listed company in OTC BB with trading symbol as “CDGT”. The Group is an integrated media company principally engaged in the business of investment in Broadcasting Media and the Cable TV Industry in People’s Republic of China. Our principal businesses are focused on three areas:

1. Cable TV operations and digital broadcasting technology development
2. TV channel operations and advertisement sales
3. TV programs production and investment

China is in the process of vast changes in its broadcasting policy that includes (1) converting its nation-wide television services from analogue to digital broadcasting system; (2) reforming the broadcasting administration and policy; (3) reorganizing state owned companies into market driven corporation; and (4) allowing foreign investment to participant in some areas in the media industry.
